About This Campaign

Why we exist

Depression lies. It tells you that you're alone, that it won't get better, that you're a burden. We created this campaign to tell the truth — loudly, consistently, and with compassion — so that fewer people believe the lies depression tells.

Our approach

We don't claim to replace professional treatment. We exist to reduce stigma, provide access to trusted resources, and remind people that recovery is real. Every article, every quote, every shirt is part of that effort.

Who we are

We are advocates, survivors, and people who love someone who has struggled. This campaign is run by volunteers who believe that awareness saves lives.
